Community Health Promotion Services (CHPS) resides on the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 Region in Southern Alberta: the Blackfoot Confederacy of the Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika First Nations, as well as the Tsuut'ina and Stoney Nakoda First Nations. The City of Calgary is also home to the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. We make this acknowledgment as an act of reconciliation and express gratitude for these lands where we live, work and play.
