It is important to talk openly about substance use with your child starting at an early age. This session will provide you with tools and resources to have meaningful conversations with the children and youth in your life.

This presentation will focus on common devices used for vaping, substances vaped such as nicotine and cannabis, and the health risks associated with vaping. This presentation will focus on gaming trends, the impacts of gaming on mental health and development, and signs that gaming may be becoming problematic. We will share strategies to support healthy gaming routines and meaningful discussions with young people about their gaming habits.
D-Stress is an interactive workshop that focuses on stress and how we can recognize when it becomes a problem for our health. Participants will learn ways to identify and manage stress through this free workshop and come away with a personal stress reduction action plan, which may include stress management techniques.
